Fernando A. Gago

Fernando is a public accountant graduated from the University of Lomas de Zamora (UNLZ). He has carried out numerous training courses and attended congresses in the country and abroad. He is one of the founding partners of ILYG+.

He began his professional career at Arthur Andersen where he got trained in the External Audit department, providing services to large national and multinational companies locally and internationally.

At the academic level, he worked at UNLZ as professor of Valuation Techniques from 1991 to 1997, and of Auditing from 2009 to 2017. He was also a professor of Accounting Applied to Management in the ITBA Postgraduate course in 2005. He also participated in the development and delivery of training in Accounting and Auditing in companies and state agencies.

María Fernanda Lazaro

JOSÉ A. GONZÁLEZ

José is a public accountant graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He is a specialist in internal audit, processes and consulting services. He has taken numerous training courses and attended congresses and seminars in the country and abroad. He joined ILYG+ in 2003, where he develops and is in charge of the practice of advisory.

He began his professional career in Molinos Río de la Plata; for 10 years he worked in the areas of Finance and Internal Audit. Then, for a period of one year, he was part of Grupo Clarín's Corporate Control Department, participating in the Organization and Methods team.

In 2003 he joined ILYG+, where he has participated in projects of various kinds, both in the country and abroad. His activity is aimed at improving the environmental control of the organizations, through internal audit tasks, review, diagnosis and optimization of processes or implementation of systems.

DIEGO H. VALEGGIANI

Diego is a public accountant graduated from the University of Lomas de Zamora (UNLZ). He is a Specialist in external audit, in local accounting standards and in international standards of financial information (IFRS). He has carried out numerous training courses and attended congresses in the country and abroad. He joined ILYG+ in 1999 and became a partner in 2006.

Between 2009 and 2011, he participated in the "Trainer of Trainers" course on IFRS - IFRS, organized by FACPCE.

In 2020 he took a course on "Specialization in International Auditing Standards" at Aulalearning - Universidad Isabel I (Spain).

Since 2016 he has been a regular member of the Audit Committee in the Accounting and Auditing Standards Issuance Council of Argentina (CENCyA),which belongs to the Argentine Federation of Professional Councils of Economic Sciences (FACPCE).https://www.facpce.org.ar/cencya/

At the academic level, he worked as an Audit teacher at UNLZ from 2006 to 2017. At the same time, he gave training courses in accounting / auditing matters at the Professional Council of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the Province of Bs. As.

M. CAMILA LAGORIA

CAMILA IS A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT AND HAS A DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION FROM UNIVERSIDAD DE LOMAS DE ZAMORA (UNLZ). SHE IS A SPECIALIST IN EXTERNAL AUDIT, IN DOMESTIC ACCOUNTING STANDARDS AND IN INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING STANDARDS (IFRS). SHE JOINED ILYG+ IN 2011 AND BECAME A PARTNER IN 2021.

She is a member of the Commission of Audit Studies of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CPCECABA).

She completed the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Certification of the ICAEW at Universidad Austral in 2020.

She completed the Postgraduate Course on International Auditing Standards, U.B.A. (University of Buenos Aires) in 2014.

She completed a postgraduate course on International Financial Reporting Standards and Technical Resolutions, U.B.A. (University of Buenos Aires) in 2013.

In the academic field, she taught Auditing at UNLZ from 2012 to 2017. She has been a professor of the Seminar on Professional Performance in the Administrative Accounting field at UNLZ since 2019. In addition, she conducts training courses in accounting/auditing at ILYG+, at clients, and at the Professional Council in the City of Buenos Aires (CABA).

Matias Bandin

MATÍAS IS A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT, GRADUATED FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF LOMAS DE ZAMORA (UNLZ). HE JOINED ILYG+ IN 2011 AND BECAME A PARTNER IN 2025.

He is a member of the Accounting Studies Committee of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the City of Buenos Aires (CPCECABA).

He has completed a Master's degree in Advanced Accounting and Auditing at the National University of Lomas de Zamora (UNLZ) and is currently undertaking a Specialization in University Teaching at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).

In 2015, he completed the IFRS Trainer Course offered by the Professional Council of CABA.

In the academic field, he has extensive experience in both public and private institutions:

Adjunct Professor of the Professional Practice Seminar in the Administrative Accounting and Financial Statements areas at the National University of Lomas de Zamora (UNLZ).

Adjunct Professor of the Professional Practice in Organizations Workshop at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).

Head of Practical Work for Financial Statements and Supervised Professional Practice at the National University of Moreno (UNM).

Head of Practical Work for Auditing at the Argentine University of Business (UADE).

Professor of Auditing I and Auditing II in the virtual education program at the National University of Quilmes (UNQui).

He was Head of Practical Work for Auditing at the National University of Moreno (UNM).

He was a lecturer in the IFRS Diploma at the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES).

He was a professor in courses offered by the Health Services Superintendency through the La Piedad Studies Center, affiliated with the Association of Personnel of Control Organizations.

Speaker and lecturer, he provides training courses at ILYG+, for clients, and at the Professional Councils of CABA and PBA.
